Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Affiliate Script Lab, operated under the trading name Affiliate Scripts by sole trader Philip Russell. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Affiliate Script Lab is an AI-assisted product research and affiliate-content creation tool. It can generate scripts, hooks, selling angles, captions, shot lists and related marketing material using information you provide and information researched through supported online sources.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
3. AI-generated content and research
AI output can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Product specifications, offers, platform rules and legal requirements can change. You are responsible for checking generated content before publishing or relying on it. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice and does not guarantee sales, views, engagement, platform approval or any other commercial result.
4. No platform affiliation
Affiliate Script Lab is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is also not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon or any product manufacturer or retailer mentioned in generated content. References to third-party platforms describe intended use only and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
5. Plans and usage allowances
The service currently offers Free, Creator and Pro plans. The prices, allowances and features shown in the app at checkout form part of the offer presented to you. Current included allowances are 1 lifetime generation on Free, 20 generations per monthly billing period on Creator and 50 generations per monthly billing period on Pro. Paid-plan included allowances reset at the start of the customer’s Stripe billing period. Unused included generations do not roll over.
Where available, active Creator and Pro members may buy one-off packs of extra generations. Extra generations are used after the included allowance and can carry forward between billing periods only while a Creator or Pro membership remains active. Any unused extra generations expire when paid membership ends. This expiry is shown before top-up checkout. Nothing in this paragraph limits any statutory refund or consumer right that applies by law.
6. Paid subscriptions
Creator and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. The applicable price and taxes are shown before you complete payment through Stripe. We may change prices or plan features in future, but we will give appropriate notice where required and will not apply a new recurring price without the notice or consent required by law.
7. Cancellation, library access and retention
You can cancel a paid subscription online through Manage billing in the app. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, Creator or Pro access continues until that paid period ends and Stripe stops the next renewal. You can also contact support@affiliatescriptlab.com for help with cancellation.
When paid membership ends, access to the premium library is locked. This includes previously generated campaign details such as scripts, hooks, selling angles, research, shot lists and descriptions, together with Saved Hooks and Saved Styles. Any unused one-off extra generations also expire at that point.
The locked premium library is retained for 90 days from the end of paid access. If you reactivate Creator or Pro during that 90-day period, retained premium library access is restored. If you do not reactivate within 90 days, the retained premium campaign/library data is deleted and a later subscription starts a new library. Certain account, billing, transaction, security or legal records may be retained for longer as explained in the Privacy Policy or where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applies to you by law. If you believe you have a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund, contact us and we will assess the request in accordance with applicable law.
8. Failed payments and suspension
If a recurring payment fails, is reversed or remains unpaid, we may restrict paid features while the billing issue is unresolved. You can manage payment methods and subscription details through Stripe's customer portal.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, deceive people, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, generate unlawful or harmful material, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, probe its security, scrape it at abusive scale, resell access without permission or falsely claim an affiliation with a third party.
10. Your inputs and generated output
You remain responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for your own commercial or personal purposes. AI-generated material may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that output is free from third-party rights or suitable for a particular platform, campaign or jurisdiction.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, supplier or technical reasons.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach, or for business decisions made solely in reliance on unverified AI output.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law or our suppliers. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice where required.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply in the country or part of the UK where they live.
